I wrote a poem.
I’m thinking about sharing it,
But what if it’s bad?

Well, so what if it is bad?
And what does that even mean?
The audience might not like it,
But would that make it bad?
What if a different audience liked it better?

When I read a poem that I don’t like,
I think,
“That poetry wasn’t really my style.
Hey, I could also share poetry,
Even if it’s not some people’s style.”

My poem isn’t bad.
It might even be good.
I think I’ll share it,
Even if it’s not some people’s style.
